Join our webinar to learn how CryoFlow Software automates live monitoring of data collection to reduce hands-on time and facilitates efficient data management and connectivity for downstream processing workflows. We’ll share how the software’s dedicated hardware server ensures robust performance and how the web-based user interface delivers secure data access, visualization, and remote collaboration.
In this webinar, you will learn how CryoFlow Software:
Edward holds a PhD in biochemistry and a master’s degree computer science. He has over 15 years of experience in protein structural biology and computational biology and focuses on improving the complete end-to-end cryo-EM workflow, which includes sample preparation as well as data collection and processing.
Julio began his career in electron microscopy at the Venezuelan Institute for Scientific Research (IVIC) before specializing in tomography and associated techniques at the Max Plank Institute of Biochemistry during his post-doctoral studies. His expertise covers a broad range of techniques in cryo-electron microscopy, from single particle analysis to focused ion beam micromachinery for cellular tomography. He has also worked at the Netherlands Centre for Electron Nanoscopy (NeCEN), the Institute of Genetics and Molecular and Cellular Biology (IGBMC), and the Forschungszentrum Jülich as cryo-EM facility manager.
Fanis holds a master’s degree in electrical engineering and a post-master’s degree in software engineering. He has more than 10 years of experience in building software for cryo-EM applications as an engineer, architect, and product manager. Fanis focuses on TEM microscope automation as well as bringing ease of use to single particle analysis and cryo-tomography workflows.
