Combined with Thermo Scientific ChemiSEM Tehcnology, the system delivers simultaneous access to compositional information via the intuitive user interface. This eliminates typical steps in the workflow resulting in the shortest time to reliable results possible.

Helios Hydra Dualbeam PFIB-SEM

The Thermo Scientific Helios 5 Hydra PFIB-SEM can deliver argon, nitrogen, oxygen, and xenon as the primary beam and switches between species in under 10 minutes, making it easy to select the ions best suited to your samples and use cases.

   

Talos S/TEMs with Cold FEG

Thermo Scientific Talos F200i and Talos F200X G2 S/TEMs can now be powered by a new ultra-high-brightness cold field emission gun (X-CFEG) with high brightness, a small source size (tip), and low energy spread for faster, higher-resolution imaging.

Spectra Ultra (S)TEM

The Thermo Scientific Spectra Ultra Scanning Transmission Electron Microscope enables ultra-fast EDX mapping, tomography, ultra-low dose EDX spectroscopy, and live in situ EDX while optimizing conditions to mitigate beam damage and improve EDX count rate.

Axia ChemiSEM with Perception Software

The Thermo Scientific Axia ChemiSEM Scanning Electron Microscope is a next-generation, alignment-free SEM platform with unique, live, quantitative energy-dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) mapping, making it the instrument of choice for rapid analysis — even for users who are new to SEM. Thermo Scientific Perception Software (already available on our desktop SEM systems) brings automated particle and inclusion analysis to the system. Running unattended overnight, it collects imaging and EDS data of the particles and turns data into insights with application-specific reporting.
