Barbara van Cann holds a Bachelor of Science in Analytical Chemistry and has accumulated over 25 years of experience at Thermo Fisher Scientific (Dionex). Her extensive background encompasses analytical chemistry, chromatography hardware, and computer software.
Throughout her career, Barbara has held various roles within the Dutch sales organization, including IC Application Chemist and Sales Support for HPLC and Chromeleon software. She later transitioned to the Chromeleon team, where she currently serves as the Senior Manager for Product Management within the CMD Software organization. In this capacity, Barbara is responsible for identifying customer requirements for Chromeleon CDS, driving roadmap planning, and developing product strategies to maximize customer value and impact.
Peter Sauter

Graduated in 1986 with a Diploma in Mathematics at the University in Ulm / Germany.
Joined Softron in 1986 which later became Gynkotek/Softron and Dionex/Softron (now as part of Thermo Fisher Scientific) and worked over the past almost 40 years as a developer, R&D manager and nowadays as product manager in the development of various chromatography data systems and customer specific Addons such as Kontron Datasystem 420, GynkoSoft, Chromeleon 6 and Chromeleon 7.
Anthony Crawshaw

Graduated in 1997 with an BSc in Applied Chemistry from Sheffield Hallam University. Subsequently worked in Pharmaceutical Contract Research Organisations (Aptuit and Almac). This varied from Pharmaceutical Analysis labs, through to method development and validation. Joined Dionex (later to become Thermo Fisher Scientific) in 2011 as a Sales Support Specialist, supporting the UK sales teams with both HPLC Hardware and applications, as well as Chromeleon and Chromeleon Enterprise support. This involved the management and deployment of the Chromeleon Enterprise systems within the UK at customer sites. In 2018, transitioned to the newly formed Global eCDS team, supporting EMEA. This solely focused on Chromeleon and Chromeleon Enterprise deployments. In 2022, transitioned into Product Management as the PM for Chromeleon Enterprise.

As capabilities have advanced, Darren has worked with clients across multiple industries to show them how enterprise-level software can help them to improve their day to day operations and drive fast, informed decisions.

With over 12 years of experience working with chromatography and mass spectrometry techniques with a background in GC and GC-MS(/MS) organic environmental analysis, Zoe Julian has helped many laboratories and industries improve workflows through a unique understanding of their challenges. Transitioning to a focus on Thermo Scientific Chromeleon CDS, she has shown customers how software solutions can improve their productivity and support their day-to-day operations.

With a background rooted in analytical chemistry, sales, and support, Laércio Fernandes has over 15 years of experience in the analytical field and has worked in constant connection with Thermo Scientific Chromeleon CDS and chromatography instrumentation with a focus on ion chromatography, IT, and Cloud. His background in sales and support has enabled his good overview and understanding of different processes and challenges that laboratories may face. This has allowed him to better support customers to improve their workflows and productivity.
