Achieving product consistency for wine, malt, beer, cider, and other beverages requires the analysis of multiple parameters. The traditional test workflow often involves several instrumentations and/or bench-top chemistry procedures. While traditional instruments offer precise and accurate results, the required analysis time is very long, and they require multiple well-trained technicians for routine operations, with limited automation or high throughput options. In contrast, integrated discrete analyzers automate multi-parameter analysis from a single sample, providing ease-of-use and fast turnaround times (up to 350 analyses per hour). By automating all necessary analysis steps, discrete analyzers reduce human error, reagent use, and training requirements for lab technicians. Overall, discrete analyzers provide expanded analytical capabilities in the lab, with minimum chemistry expertise required.
