XPS Workshop

X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy (XPS) as a widely used analysis technique provides quantitative, chemical state information for surfaces and interfaces. With our XPS workshop we address scientists, engineers, and technicians working in areas of materials science, who would like to get insight into the fundamentals of the technique and current applications and research areas.

Leading international scientists and experts from industry will report on a range of important topics such as battery technology, polymer-based structures for devices, screen technology, bio-interfaces, catalysis, corrosion, and new instrument developments.

  • Basic principles of XPS
  • Applications in materials science
  • Latest surface analysis instrument & software developments
  • Complementary analysis techniques to extend surface analysis

The XPS Workshop will take place at:

Karlsruhe Institute of Technology
(KIT, Campus North)
Hermann-von-Helmholtz-Platz 1
76344 Eggenstein-Leopoldshafen, Germany

Attend our XPS workshop to learn how our innovative products, services and solutions accelerate productivity. Experience what "Discover. Solve. Assure." means for us. Discuss with our technical experts how we can help solve your toughest analytical challenges.
