Our team works closely with your IT department to help ensure a smooth setup, guiding you through every step to integrate the platform seamlessly into your lab. With continuous support and tailored services, we help you maximize efficiency, maintain system performance, and adapt to evolving scientific needs.​


Hardware

While the Ardia Platform is developed based on cloud technology, the Ardia Platform is currently available as an on-premise solution. The software is provided together with the required (server) hardware from Thermo Fisher Scientific and includes implementation services from our enterprise deployment specialists who will work with your IT to set the system up in your laboratory network environment. This setup provides the latest software technology and architecture that is completely within your control and security network.


Services

We understand that implementation needs to be as smooth as possible, with minimal down-time. We achieve this by assigning a dedicated, highly skilled services team who will collaborate directly with you and your IT department to make sure that all requirements are met and implementation carried out. They will support you from your initial interaction with us, right through to the moment the Ardia Platform goes live, and beyond. We're with you each step of the way.​

Support

Every implementation of the Ardia Platform includes a software support contract*, bringing peace of mind and assurance that your system is always running at its best.

Support and Maintenance Agreement (SMA)

Support includes:​

  • Dedicated team of support analysts and subject matter experts providing timely business-critical knowledge and expertise through real-time on-demand technical support ​​​​
  • Exclusive access to a customer resource portal with product downloads and continuously updated and expanding knowledge base​​​​
  • Ardia Software updates and enhancements​
  • Proactive alerts on potential issues and important updates​​​
  • An opportunity to inform future product direction​

*Please note a two-year SMA is included. Following this timeframe, the SMA requires renewal for continued access to the support resources. ​
