High-performance SEM with EDS and EBSD for sub-nanometer resolution analysis

The Thermo Scientific Apreo ChemiSEM System delivers all-around nanometer or sub-nanometer resolution at an analytical working distance of 10 mm. Its field emission gun (FEG) source makes it possible to analyze a wide range of beam-sensitive materials, composites, magnetic samples, and nano-materials.

The Apreo ChemiSEM System offers fully integrated energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) for complex compositional and elemental analysis— including live quantitative elemental mapping—all through a single, simple process with no need to spend time switching between different systems.

The system also features a range of integrated, redesigned, and improved features, including a self-aligning optics system, multiple detectors, easy access to a large stage with a convenient multi-sample holder, and fast pump down to save time when loading samples. All of which helps you and your team be far more productive.
