The information on our website varies somewhat depending on your location.  For example, if you are located in Europe, we won’t show you promotions that are only valid for US customers. If you think we have assigned your location incorrectly, please follow these steps:

1. Log in, if you are not already logged in.  Your location will then be derived from your billing address.  To change the country associated with your billing address, please contact Customer Support or send a request to changecountry@invitrogen.com.

2. If you cannot log in because you do not have an account, then you can change the location currently assigned to you by using our Change location feature.
