The 1-step format of the RT-PCR step further streamlines the Cells-to- CT™ “sample to answer” workflow without compromising sensitivity and specificity. The kits come in 20, 100, and 400 prep sizes.

Cells-to-CT™ 1-Step TaqMan® Kits

The new Cells-to-CT™ 1-Step TaqMan® Kits’ single-tube format of the RT-PCR step further streamlines the “sample to answer” workflow. Combining the simple Cells-to- CT™ lysis technology with the fast cycling capability of the 1-step RT-PCR master mix enables quicker time to results with limited sample handling. The kits come in 20, 100, and 400 prep sizes.
