Back to Basics - Characterization of Biopharmaceutical Proteins

Webinar
May 16, 2023

In today's rapidly evolving biopharmaceutical landscape, precise characterization is paramount to ensure product quality, safety, and efficacy. Join us for an in-depth exploration of liquid chromatography-mass spectrometry (LC-MS) as a powerful tool for the comprehensive characterization of biopharmaceutical proteins.

Led by Dr. Jonathan Bones, this webinar will delve into the advanced applications of LC-MS in biopharmaceutical analysis. Attendees will gain a deep understanding of how LC-MS techniques can be leveraged to elucidate the structural attributes, post-translational modifications, and oxidation profiles of therapeutic proteins. Application results for intact mass analysis, sub-unit analysis, peptide mapping, native MS and multi-attribute monitoring (MAM) will be described.

Key learning objective:

  • Comprehensive understanding of LC-MS methodologies for protein characterization
  • Learn how to interpret and utilize LC-MS data to understand structural attributes of biopharmaceutical proteins

Who should attend:

  • Professionals working in biopharmaceutical companies, focusing on research and development, analytical development, and quality control
  • Researchers in biopharmaceutical research and development
