High-throughput LC-MS workflows are essential in translational and clinical research proteomics. Emily Chen has over 10 years of experience on mass spectrometry-based shotgun proteomics, oncology, and translational research. She led the proteomics biomarker discovery efforts as the director of Herbert Irving Comprehensive Cancer Center Proteomics Shared Resource at Columbia University Medical Center and interacted directly with physicians to support Precision Medicine projects prior to joining Thermo Fisher Scientific.
