Learn how CaptureSelect can enable the purification of correctly post translationally modified recombinant proteins: a custom case study

Thermo Fisher Scientific has collaborated with MedImmune to develop two custom affinity resins based on VHH antibody fragments, targeting recombinant proteins with the most desired specificity. The first resin was able to selectively bind to the amidated, more active form of the protein, while the second resin was able to distinguish the most active substance from a mixture of post-translationally modified variants.
