GC-MS is used to analyze many hazardous air pollutants (HAPs) and non-HAPs within gas samples at ppm to ppb levels. Yet users can wait weeks for results and sample integrity can be compromised during sample handling and preparation.

This talk describes how users can tap into recently developed ultra-sensitive FTIR technology to monitor up to hundreds of compounds simultaneously in real-time with comparable detection limits to traditional GC-MS analysis.
