ELIGIBILITY: Participation is open and promotion is only to legal residents of Australia, India (not applicable in the state of Tamil Nadu), New Zealand, Southeast Asia (Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Timor-Leste and Vietnam), South Korea and Taiwan who are science professionals and 20 of age or older or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater, at the time of entry. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION: Submissions must be received by the Sponsor no later than 31 December 2022, 23:59hrs GMT+8 to be qualified for the promotion.
GIFT: The gift is available to all eligible participants who successfully complete and submit the email subscription form no later than 31 December 2022, 23:59hrs GMT+8.
Each participant is entitled to receive only one gift from this promotion (regardless of subscription to both Trace Elemental Matters as well as battery updates and e-newsletter). No cash or other substitutions are permitted, except by the Sponsor, which reserves the right to substitute the gift with one of equal or greater value. No refunds or credits are allowed. The gift is not transferable. All taxes on the gift and reporting thereof are the sole responsibility of the Winner.
By entering this promotion, each participant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects.
