Subject to manufacturer or dealer inspection of the trade-in shaker. Prior to return, customer MUST fulfill certain obligations and complete N206 decontamination form prior to trade-in, and follow instructions for packaging and staging for pickup. Therefore, customer will fully clean the traded-in unit and decontaminate it of all radioactive, biological, toxic and other dangerous or hazardous materials or substances before it can be picked up. Manufacturer will contact customer to arrange pickup time for trade-in shaker within 10 days of receipt of completed form. The traded-in unit MUST be picked up at time of delivering the new unit. Additional charges may apply if trade-in shaker is not available for pickup on pickup date (which is typically when the new unit is also being delivered). Savings based on manufacturer’s suggested list price. Subject to dealer participation. Actual savings may vary depending on the type and condition of the trade-in instrument. Manufacturer reserves the right to discontinue or modify this promotion at any time. This offering cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions. Offer void where prohibited, licensed, or restricted by federal, state, provincial, or local laws or regulation or agency/institutional policy. Other restrictions may apply.
