5. Is your protein to be detected through the use of an antibody?

If yes, Invitrogen uses an anti-V5 antibody for the standard Protein-Protein Interaction Profiling Service. Is your protein tagged with a V5 epitope?

6. Is your protein at least 80% pure by protein staining (Coomassie, Sypro, etc.)?

7. Can you provide at least 300 micrograms of protein as a ~1 mg/ml solution?

11. Do you know or suspect that your protein binds to BSA or casein?

12. Are there special handling, toxicity, or solubility considerations for your protein?
