UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano System

Workflow flexibility

 

The wide flow range binary gradient pump, additional micro-flow ternary gradient pump, and integrated column compartment with two snap-in switching valves makes the system suitable for virtually any low-flow LC or LC-MS application such as bottom-up and top-down proteomics, or metabolomics.

The integrated micro-flow loading pump enables pre-concentration of samples for ultra-long reproducible gradients. Dedicated connection kits and LC-MS interfaces are included for straightforward hardware integration with Thermo Scientific EASY-Spray, Thermo Scientific Nanospray Flex, and Thermo Scientific Ion Max sources for maximum ease of use.

Biocompatible, easy and reliable tool-free connections

 

The fluidic pathway of the UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano UHPLC system is fully biocompatible and fitted with Thermo Scientific nanoViper fingertight fittings, which support near-zero dead volume connections and enable sharper peaks and tool-free setup.

CDS software for full LC-MS control

 

The UltiMate 3000 RSLCnano UHPLC system seamlessly integrates into our Thermo Scientific Chromeleon Chromatography Data System (CDS) as a single point of intelligent control for your HPLC and Thermo Scientific mass spectrometer via Thermo Scientific Standard Instrument Integration (SII) for Xcalibur.
