Following the deadline of 6th April, the call for abstracts for the poster session is now closed

We would like to thank those who have submitted an abstract for review. We will be in touch soon, if we haven't already.

The successful entries will be sharing their research, breakthroughs, best practices, current challenges and findings with like-minded peers and colleagues during the poster sessions at HIDS Rome in 2018.

HIDS Rome abstract submission requirements

Researchers submitting abstracts for review are asked to select the appropriate application areas when completing the online submission form below. This information will be utilized by members of the programme committee during their review of submitted abstracts.

Please find below our participation guidelines:

  • The poster boards used at HIDS have a maximum useable surface space of 95cms wide by 241cms high. Posters must be in portrait format and can be any size up to the maximum dimensions previously quoted. However, it would be preferable if they could be no larger than 90cms wide by 150cms high (35x59 inches)
  • An individual can be the presenting author of more than one abstract/poster.
  • Delegates are responsible for the printing of the poster and transport to the conference. The HIDS Rome organization will not be able to print any posters for the delegates prior to the conference, or on-site during the event.
