EASY-Spray™ C18 LC Columns Optimize nanoflow LC-MS with Thermo Scientific™ EASY-Spray™ IMAC-10 LC Columns, which are temperature-controlled for maximum reliability and performance. These analytical columns are compatible for use up to 1000 bar (15,000 psi) and have an integrated column/emitter design that eliminates dead volumes.
EASY-Spray™ Transfer Lines Fitted with Thermo Scientific™ Dionex™ nanoViper™ for easy installation, the EASY-Spray Transfer Lines help introduce external tuning compounds without needle alignment and handling. This no-separation sprayer enables you to tune your mass spectrometer quickly and easily.
Electron Transfer Dissociation (ETD) For improved sequence coverage and post-translational modification analysis of peptides and proteins, choose the ETD option for peptide fragmentation. This option can be used instead of, or in conjunction with, collision-induced dissociation (CID) on LTQ™ series linear ion traps and hybrid ion trap-Orbitrap mass spectrometers.
FAIMS Interface For challenging bioanalytical applications, including the accurate determination of pharmacokinetic parameters, high-Field Asymmetric waveform Ion Mobility Spectrometry (FAIMS) can be used to optimize ion selectivity and reduce chemical backgrounds during mass spectrometry assays. FAIMS successfully prevents interferences from co-eluting compounds and increases signal to noise ratios by 2000-fold or higher.
