Genome editing for custom cell line generation

Cell line engineering service leverages one of the most robust and reliable technologies on the market. Utilizing quality products throughout the process, our scientists will work with you to design your stable cell line and perform quality control testing to help ensure that the cell line meets your requirement

Using either CRISPR-Cas9 or TAL effectors as genome-editing tools, we offer a variety of modification options including knock-out and knock-in (SNPs, large donor) for stable cell line generation in a wide variety of cell backgrounds. We have experience working everything from easy-to-transfect cell lines (including HEK 293, 293FT, HCT116, or HeLa) to hard-to-transfect cell lines (including iPSCs, fibroblasts, neuroblastoma-derived, hepatocellular carcinoma, bone marrow–derived, and endothelium-derived cells). How rapidly we can deliver a custom stable pool or stable cell line depends on the cell line, growth characteristics and culturing requirements. Stable cell line engineering services can be completed in as little as 10 weeks.

Jump-In parental cell line generation service

Access stable, isogenic mammalian cell lines faster with our Jump-In cell engineering service. Using the Jump-In platform, we can help accelerate your projects through the rapid generation of Jump-In parental cell line in less than 5 weeks. Jump-In technology enables the rapid generation of a pool of cells with a gene of interest integrated at a single genomic locus using targeted integration using R4 integrase. Simply provide us with the target gene mutation of interest and select from an existing parental Jump-In cell lines to create a stable pool that expresses the gene of interest. Jump-In stable pool can be available in as little as 5 weeks.

BacMam virus generation

Our BacMam virus generation service enables production of baculovirus for an efficient, convenient and safe method for gene delivery to transiently express targets of interest. The BacMam virus system offer several key advantages:
