Other_Fluorescent Secondary _230

Traditional fluorescent dyes like fluorescein, tetramethylrhodamine, Rhodamine Red™, Cy®3, Cy®5, and Texas Red®, now have Alexa Fluor® alternatives, which provide better brightness and photostability. However, depending on your needs, these traditional dyes can still be quite useful in many applications. Additionally, there may be applications where these dyes are especially useful, such as taking advantage of the high rate of photobleaching or pH sensitivity of fluorescein, or when trying to replicate historic experiments. We offer a broad range of traditional dyes conjugated to a wide array of secondary antibodies to help you find the right antibodies for your experiments.

We enable access to some of the most cited secondary antibodies in life science research, including Alexa Fluor® dye–labeled conjugates in a wide range of colors for that extra signal and assay flexibility.

We offer a wide variety of primary antibodies against key signaling proteins, cellular markers, and organelles, as well as cell junctions and CD markers. Primary antibodies provide direct detection for high-abundance targets, and high target specificity when using amplified detection methods.

Streptavidin-based amplification techniques are widely used in fluorescence imaging for improved detection sensitivity when detecting primary and secondary antibodies, ligands, and toxins, or for DNA probes for in situ hybridization. Streptavidin conjugates with a choice of labels can help boost your signal from low-abundance targets.

With TSA™ technology, you can see and measure low-abundance targets that are not detectable by conventional means. Tyramide-based signal amplification provides superior sensitivity without compromising resolution, for simple amplification protocols with a choice of wavelengths for rare targets.

Antifade reagents suppress photobleaching and preserve the signals of your fluorescently labeled target molecules. They offer excellent compatibility with a multitude of dyes across the spectrum, making them especially valuable tools for multicolor applications. For added convenience, some formulations include the nuclear counterstain DAPI, eliminating the need for a separate counterstaining step.

We provide a complete suite of labeling tools for the reliable detection of many levels of target abundance. Our fluorescent products portfolio is highly-cited in a wide range of life science research applications. Review this simple guide and learn which tool can help with your experiment.
