Antibody purification by affinity chromatography

CaptureSelect antibody subdomain-specific affinity chromatography resins are developed for the downstream purification of novel antibody therapeutics, such as bi-specific monoclonal antibodies, Fab fragments and Fc-fusion proteins. These resins are based on the CaptureSelect technology, a unique affinity purification solution based on Camelid-derived single domain antibody fragments (VHH).

Our unique set of antibody subdomain-specific chromatography resins facilitates the process scale purification of a variety of antibody formats, thereby allowing commercial production of antibody therapeutics. These resins help to improve downstream processing of monoclonal antibodies and antibody fragments and serve as an alternative solution to Protein A chromatography. To streamline the purification workflow,the resins are also available in cGMP-ready pre-packed columns.
