Configured bottle assembly solutions for your process

Configured bottle assembly solutions
for your process

Fluid transfer systems can easily consist of multiple components that all need to be sourced, purchased, inventoried, and assembled. With the Thermo Scientific Standard Single-Use Bottle Assembly Systems, we can relieve you of the burden of managing individual components and validating the systems in-house. Realize labor savings and mitigate risk by leaving the assembly and processing to us.

These easy-to-order configured solutions include rigid support containers with preconfigured cap sets, and are delivered gamma-irradiated for use right out of the package.

bottle assemblyBottle assembly details

  • Bottles are available in polycarbonate (PC) or polyethylene terephthalate glycol (PETG) contact surfaces
  • Each bottle is topped with an assembly including a cap, puck, and tubing
  • Most assemblies contain two ports with C-Flex™ tubing; the 2 L size includes a third port, also with C-Flex tubing
  • One line on each assembly is dedicated to venting.
  • The second and third lines are for liquid transfer and include 1/8 in. plug fittings, to be used with your preferred welding or sealing equipment
  • Fluid path of the finished product has been validated according to AAMI TIR33 with a 10-6 sterility assurance level (SAL)

Applications

  • Media and buffer transfer
  • Product sampling
  • Harvest collection and bulk storage
  • Filtration and purification process connection

Key benefits

  • Designed for a broad range of applications, including bioproduction, life science, and general lab use
  • Helps eliminate setup and post-use cleaning steps required for reusable containers
  • Helps reduce cross-contamination risks
  • Allows process-specific flexibility with multiple bottle sizes
