Invitrogen Alexa Fluor 700 dye is a dim, near-infrared dye that can be excited with 633-640 nm red lasers. Highly expressed antigens can be labeled with Alexa Fluor 700 in flow cytometry panels allowing for brighter dyes to be used with less-abundant antigens. It fits in a panel between APC and APC-eFluor 780.
We offer Alexa Fluor 700 dye conjugated to a variety of antibodies for cellular labeling and detection. In addition, reactive dye forms and protein labeling kits are available to enable you to generate your own antibody conjugates or probes.

Flow cytometry analysis of human mononuclear cells using Zenon Alexa Fluor 700 Labeling Kit. An antibody complex was prepared using the Zenon Alexa Fluor 700 Mouse IgG1 Labeling Kit and mouse anti-human CD4. Human mononuclear cells were stained with the antibody complex and analyzed by flow cytometry using a 633 nm laser.
Flow cytometry analysis of human mononuclear cells using Alexa Fluor 700 streptavidin. Human mononuclear cells were incubated with CD4, Mouse Anti-Human (Biotin), washed and stained with Streptavidin, Alexa Fluor 700 conjugate. Cells were washed and analyzed by flow cytometry using 633 nm excitation.
Protocols that fit your needs in flow cytometry ranging from sample preparation to numerous cell stimulation conditions, staining, immunophenotyping, and data analysis strategies.
