Invitrogen Click-iT Assay Kits for imaging provide a robust workflow with a selection of detection options to allow for multiplexing and provide a broader biological context for your results. Imaging kits are optimized for microscopy and offered with a range of Invitrogen Alexa Fluor dyes for detection.

Assay kits for HCS

Invitrogen Click-iT HCS Assay Kits are optimized for higher throughput and provide reagent for multiple microplates in each kit. Not all imaging kits are provided in a high throughput format.

Assay kits for flow cytometry

Invitrogen Click-iT Assay Kits for Flow Cytometry provide the most convenient to measure cell proliferation by tracking new DNA synthesis. Cell proliferation assays are offered with a range of Alexa Fluor dyes for detection to allow for multiplexing with common fluorophores, including R-PE and R-PE tandems, as well as fluorescent proteins.

Kits for biomolecule capture

When Click-iT technology is used for molecular capture, it enables the enrichment of newly synthesized RNA or protein species that can be used in subsequent gene expression analysis or protein sequencing.
