For gene expression analysis and virus detection, Applied Biosystems master mixes are available with both TaqMan and SYBR chemistries. For applications that require peak lot-to-lot performance consistency and product traceability, Applied Biosystems TaqPath master mixes are manufactured in an ISO 13485-certified and FDA-registered facility that adheres to the principles of current good manufacturing practices (cGMP). TaqPath master mixes are also available for genotyping applications, such as SNP and CNV analysis.
