Specialty Western Blot Reagents
We offer a variety of specialty reagents for western blotting to:
- Enhance signal sensitivity and intensity
- Enable detection with much less primary antibody
- Selectively detect target proteins and avoid interference from denatured IP antibody fragments in western blots of immunoprecipitated proteins
This kit contains a membrane treatment reagent and a primary antibody diluent that increase both signal intensity and sensitivity 3- to 10-fold compared to detection performed without it.
This is a post-transfer nitrocellulose membrane-treatment reagent that enables western blot detection with much less primary antibody. By treating nitrocellulose membranes for a few minutes in this reagent immediately after transfer and before probing, you can use much less (more dilute) primary antibody solutions while obtaining the same level of detection
A horseradish peroxidase conjugate that is optimized for post-immunoprecipitation western blot detection of primary antibodies without interference from denatured IP antibody fragments and allows enhanced western blot detection of target proteins following IP assays (immunoprecipitation).
