Need to run a dialysis experiment for many small volume samples in parallel?
Pierce Microdialysis Plates offer a ready-to-use disposable dialysis solution designed for multiplexing of up to 96 x 0.1–0.3 mL samples (or 48 x 0.3–1.0 mL samples) in parallel with a variety of MWCOs for your small volume dialysis needs. The devices feature regenerated cellulose membranes with very large surface-area-to-volume ratio for dialysis experiments in 2–4 hours.
Features of Pierce Microdialysis Plates include:
Pierce Microdialysis Plates are commonly used for a variety of protein sample cleanup purposes including:
Try Thermo Scientific Slide-A-Lyzer G3 Cassettes or Slide-A-Lyzer Dialysis Flasks for volumes from 1 mL to 250 mL. Slide-A-Lyzer dialysis cassettes and flasks offer a user-friendly approach to traditional dialysis tubing by incorporating dialysis membranes into a rigid frame with a secure cap which allows for easier sample loading/retrieval and increased sample security.
Cat. No. 88261 - 96-well Deep-well Plate, 2.2 mL, for Pierce 96-well Microdialysis
Required for use with 96-well microdialysis devices, the Thermo Scientific Pierce 96-well Deep-well Plate, 2.2 mL, is a polypropylene deep-well assay plate sufficient for 96 microdialysis devices. For 48-well microdialysis kits the deep-well plate is provided by default.
Cat. No. 88269 - Plate Seal for Pierce 96-well Microdialysis Plates
Adhesive-coated plastic sheets to seal 96-well or 48-well microdialysis plates to protect against contamination and evaporation, suitable for long-term storage.
The RED (Rapid Equilibrium Dialysis) and Competition RED systems utilize a disposable device format that is automation-friendly, providing convenience for scientists conducting plasma or tissue-to-plasma and protein-binding studies.
