Functional validation ensures results
With Validated Stealth RNAi siRNA, the work of designing and testing RNAi molecules has been done for you, saving time and effort. The development of these molecules begins by using the state-of-the-art BLOCK-iT™ RNAi Designer to design several Stealth RNAi siRNA duplexes that target a gene. These duplexes are then transfected into cells using Lipofectamine™ 2000 or RNAiMAX Transfection reagents to test their ability to knock down the targeted gene. Duplexes must knock down expression by at least 80% to be considered.
