Submit Your Fragment Analysis Application
Fragment analysis is a technique that allows you to develop your own applications. Here are two examples of researcher-developed methods:
Identification of a mutation associated with Proteus Syndrome by Leslie Biesecker, MD and colleagues, who performed exome sequencing to identify variants, followed by Sanger sequencing and custom restriction enzyme digestion for further characterization.
New England Journal of Medicine 365:611, 2011
If you’ve developed your own fragment analysis application, share it with us, and we will send you a T-shirt*.
