Stem Cell Genome Editing workflow and timeline

Stem cell line generation projects are typically completed within 4-8 weeks of initiation. Actual timelines will vary depending on the unique aspects of each project. Modification options include knock-out and knock-in (SNPs, Large Donor).

Following the receipt of PSCs, target gene name or mutation information is confirmed before proceeding.

Cells are recovered and then subjected to initial testing. Additional characterization steps are recommended before genome editing step.

Following stable pool generation, on-target editing efficiency is evaluated and potential off-target effect assessed using next generation sequencing.

A report containing the final genome editing results is provided to the customer along with the shipment of the edited cryopreserved cells.
