What is the panel?

As a member of the Web Experience Feedback Panel, you'll be able to share your honest feedback and and help ensure we deliver the best possible digital experience so that you can focus on doing your best world-changing science.

Questions?

  • What is expected of me as a panelist?
    • You may be called upon a few times a year by the User Experience Research team to share insights through feedback sessions and/or surveys.
       
  • How long are studies?
    • Most studies take an average of 15–30 minutes.
       
  • Do I receive compensation for joining?
    • While there is no compensation for simply joining, we do offer compensation (e.g., e-gift cards, Aspire* points) for many of the individual studies you may participate in as a panelist.
  • *Aspire is Thermo Fisher Scientific’s loyalty program.

  • Who is the team asking me to join this panel?
    • We are the User Experience Research team and are here to make sure the voice of customer is front and center for our global digital solutions. Our goal is to listen to the feedback our customers provide and ensure it gets incorporated into site improvements and new digital features.
