With the ability to profile more than 9,000 targets at once, ProtoArray® assays can speed your protein interaction identification, allowing you to focus on the bigger questions.
Why Choose the ProtoArray® Assay for Interacting Partner Identification?
With more than 9,000 human proteins, the ProtoArray® assay provides a platform for the rapid identification of protein interactions. No other platform allows screening of this many potential interaction partners in a single assay.

FAQs: Protein Specificity Assays
How sensitive is antibody specificity profiling on ProtoArray® assays?
We have demonstrated that profiling the specificity of your antibody on the ProtoArray® assay is ≥100-fold more sensitive than the most sensitive western blotting methods available.
What concentration of protein should I use to probe ProtoArray® Protein Microarrays for protein–protein interactions?
The recommended initial protein concentration for probing ProtoArray® Protein Microarrays using a validated fluorescence-based detection method is ~50 g/mL.
What type of detection can I use to assay interactions on the ProtoArray® PPI Microarray?
ProtoArray® Human Protein Microarrays are compatible with fluorescent, chemiluminescent, radioisotopic, and other detection methods. Due to the high sensitivity, low background, signal stability, and availability of commercial fluorescence microarray scanners, we highly recommended fluorescence-based detection using Alexa Fluor® dye–labeled streptavidin or Alexa Fluor® dye–labeled anti-V5 antibody.
