Using this value-priced service, when you have trouble with an instrument, you first call our Support Center. There you will get the assistance you need to resolve many types of technical problems. Should your instrument require repairs, we will send out a certified refurbished replacement instrument to you within one business day if we determine that you need a replacement unit. Then all you need to do is repackage the problem instrument and return it to us following our instructions. You keep the certified refurbished instrument. The service also includes priority telephone and email access to our Applications and Instrument Technical Support teams.
This service is ideal for those customers with user-installable instruments who do not require asset tag consistency and are operating under mission-critical timelines.
