Receive replacement unit within one business day

Unplanned instrument downtime results in an interruption to your lab’s operation and is expensive. With our Rapid Exchange service plan, should you have a problem with your instrument, we will send you a factory-certified refurbished replacement instrument of the same model within one business day from the date we determined that you need a replacement unit.

Using this value-priced service, when you have trouble with an instrument, you first call our Technical Engineering Center (TEC). There you will get the assistance you need to resolve many types of technical problems. Should your instrument require repair, we will send out a certified refurbished replacement instrument to you within one business day if we determine that you need a replacement unit. Then all you need to do is repackage the problem instrument and return it to us following our instructions. You keep the certified refurbished instrument. The Rapid Exchange service plan also includes priority telephone and email access to our Applications and Instrument Technical Support teams.

This service is ideal for those customers with user-installable instruments who do not require asset tag consistency and are operating under mission-critical timelines.
