Restarting Your Capillary Electrophoresis System

Many labs have been inactive for an extended time due to the current COVID-19 pandemic but are starting to reactivate at this time. This webinar will discuss special considerations when restarting after extended inactivity for the following capillary electrophoresis systems: Applied Biosystems™ 3130 series, 3730 series, 3500 series and SeqStudio™ systems.  In addition, the webinar will review and provide advice on normal maintenance activities that need to be performed. Finally, the wide range of client and instrument support options available from Thermo Fisher Scientific will be presented. This presentation is complementary to detailed System Restart Checklists that are available online for each system above.

Manik is a Field Application Specialist (FAS) at ThermoFisher Scientific specializing in cell processing and analysis using flow cytometry.  He has been a FAS supporting Attune NxT and other instruments since 2010.  Prior to being a FAS he was a staff scientist in the protein purification and conjugation department at Life Technologies/ThermoFisher Scientific and before that was in technical service department supporting flow cytometry reagents and panels.
