The Qubit Flex Fluorometer is a benchtop system which can selectively and accurately measure the concentration of up to 8 samples of DNA, RNA or protein simultaneously using the highly sensitive and accurate fluorescence-based Qubit assays.

At the end of this course, a participant should be able to:

  • Identify main instrument features and perform initial setup
  • Use system software tools and onboard calculators
  • Run an assay and manage sample data
  • Set up profiles and link the instrument to a network and Connect (Thermo Fisher Scientific cloud utility)
  • Perform simple instrument maintenance and troubleshooting
