How do I obtain a copy of my invoice?

For orders placed online, follow these steps:
1. Sign in to your account on
2. Click on Account, then Orders from the top navigation bar.
3. Click on See All Orders & Request Invoice and then Request Invoice.
4. Enter up to 4 email addresses where you want invoices to be sent, and click on Request Invoice.

To request an invoice for an order not placed online or visible in your Recent Orders, contact the Customer Service Department. Please see the Contact Us section for Customer Service contact details in your region.
