Endocytosis of Transferrin in A431 cells
A431 cells were loaded with 25 µg/mL pHrodo™ Red Transferrin Conjugate (Cat. No. P35376) at 37°C for 15 minutes. Cells on the right were pretreated with 250 µg/mL unlabeled transferrin, which internalized most of the transferrin receptors from the surface, thus reducing the staining of pHrodo™ Red Transferrin Conjugate. Images were taken by a fluorescent microscope, while using typical TRITC filter set.
