Angiogenesis determination using CellTracker™ Deep Red

Human umbilical vein endothelial cells were plated on Geltrex™ coated plates at a density of 35,000 cells/cm2. The cells were incubated for 45 minutes then labeled with 1 µM CellTracker™ Deep Red for 30 minutes in Live Cell Imaging Solution (LCIS). LCIS was removed and M-200 media with LVES was placed back on cells. The cells were incubated at 37°C with 5% CO2 for 20 hours and imaged.
