Histogram of gated U2-OS cells expressing mCherry protein and labeled with mCherry Alexa Fluor® 594 Conjugate

Samples were acquired and analyzed using 561 nm excitation specified band pass emission filter on a BD LSR II flow cytometer. The histogram shows cells stained with mCherry Rat Monoclonal Ab Alexa Fluor® 594 Conjugate.
