Development of fluorescent precipitate from the ELF® 97 phosphatase substrate (ELF® 97 phosphate, E6588) on the surface of rat osteosarcoma cells expressing ecto-phosphatase. Images of deposition of ELF® 97 precipitate were acquired at 30-second intervals with a cooled CCD camera.
