IHC Comparison of Click-iT® Plus TUNEL assay with competitor assay

Formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded (FFPE) mouse kidney was treated with DNase. After treatment, either the Click-iT® Plus TUNEL assay with Alexa Fluor® 594 dye (red) or the Roche In situ Cell Death TMR (orange) was used to detect the fragmented DNA. The cells were counterstained with Hoechst 33342 (blue). The GFP expressing epithelial cells are clearly visible (green).
