Comparison of alamarBlue® and CellTiter-Glo® reagents
Log phase-growing HUVEC cells (top panel) and confluent HASMC cells (bottom panel) were treated with tamoxifen for 24 hours prior to analysis of cell health with alamarBlue® (AB) or CellTiter-Glo® (CTG) reagents. Results were collected on a BMG POLARstar® Optima with n = 8 and ±SEM for each data point.
