Western blot analysis was performed on nuclear enriched extracts (30 µg lysate) of HeLa (Lane 1), HCT 116 (Lane 2), HT-29 (Lane 3), A549 (Lane 4) and Hep G2 (Lane 5). The blot was probed with Anti-SRP20 Mouse Monoclonal Antibody (Product # 33-4200, 2 µg/mL) and detected by chemiluminescence using Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H+L) Superclonal™ Secondary Antibody, HRP conjµgate (Product # A28177, 0.4 µg/mL, 1:2500 dilution).
