Eotaxin 2 Antibody (500-P103GBT-25UG) in ELISA
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human Eotaxin-2 (CCL24) by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/mL of Eotaxin 2 Polyclonal Antibody, Biotin (Product # 500-P103GBT-500UG) is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Eotaxin 2 Polyclonal Antibody (Product # 500-P103G-1MG) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human Eotaxin-2 (CCL24).

Preparation: Produced from sera of goats immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human Eotaxin-2 (CCL24). Anti-Human Eotaxin-2 (CCL24)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human Eotaxin-2 (CCL24) by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Human Eotaxin-2 (CCL24) (500-P103G) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human Eotaxin-2 (CCL24).
Western Blot: To detect hEotaxin-2 by Western Blot analysis this antibody can be used at a concentration of 0.1-0.2 µg/mL. Used in conjunction with compatible secondary reagents the detection limit for Recombinant hEotaxin-2 is 1.5-3.0 ng/lane, under either reducing or non-reducing conditions.

Target Information
Eotaxin 2 belongs to the subfamily of small cytokine CC genes. Cytokines are a family of secreted proteins involved in immunoregulatory and inflammatory processes. The CC cytokines are proteins characterized by two adjacent cysteines. The cytokine encoded by this gene displays chemotactic activity on resting T lymphocytes, a minimal activity on neutrophils, and is negative on monocytes and activated T lymphocytes. The protein is also a strong suppressor of colony formation by a multipotential hematopoietic progenitor cell line.
