Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human MDC (CCL22). Anti-Human MDC (CCL22)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Human MDC (CCL22) matrix.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human MDC (CCL22) by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human MDC (CCL22) (500-P107Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human MDC (CCL22).

Target Information
CCL22 may play a role in the trafficking of activated/effector T-lymphocytes to inflammatory sites and other aspects of activated T-lymphocyte physiology. Also, it is a chemotactic for monocytes. dendritic cells and natural killer cells. CCL22 is a mild chemoattractant for primary activated T-lymphocytes and a potent chemoattractant for chronically activated T-lymphocytes but has no chemattractant activity for neutrophils, eosinophils, and resting T-lymphocytes. Binds to CCR4.
