Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10). Anti-Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10) by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.25-1.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This biotinylated polyclonal antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Polyclonal Anti-Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10) (500-P117) as a capture antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Murine MIP-1gamma (CCL9/10).

Target Information
MIP-1gamma is a CC chemokine found in murine blood and a wide variety of murine tissues, with no known human homolog. MIP-1gamma signals through the CCR1 receptor. MIP-1gamma chemoattracts neutrophils, and also inhibits colony formation of bone marrow myeloid immature progenitors. MIP-1gamma contains six cysteines, including the four highly conserved cysteine residues present in CC chemokines.
