Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Murine MIP-2 (CXCL2). Anti-Murine MIP-2 (CXCL2)-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Murine MIP-2 (CXCL2) matrix.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Murine MIP-2 (CXCL2) by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Murine MIP-2 (CXCL2) (500-P130Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Murine MIP-2 (CXCL2).

Target Information
Produced by activated monocytes and neutrophils and expressed at sites of inflammation. Hematoregulatory chemokine, which, in vitro, suppresses hematopoietic progenitor cell proliferation. GRO-beta(5-73) shows a highly enhanced hematopoietic activity.
