Preparation: Produced from sera of rabbits immunized with highly pure Recombinant Human IL-7. Anti-Human IL-7-specific antibody was purified by affinity chromatography employing an immobilized Human IL-7 matrix.
Sandwich ELISA: To detect Human IL-7 by sandwich ELISA (using 100 µL/well antibody solution) a concentration of 0.5-2.0 µg/mL of this antibody is required. This antigen affinity purified antibody, in conjunction with PeproTech Biotinylated Anti-Human IL-7 (500-P27Bt) as a detection antibody, allows the detection of at least 0.2-0.4 ng/well of Recombinant Human IL-7.

Target Information
Interleukin 7 (IL-7) is a hematopoietic cytokine that is constitutively produced by stromal cells from the bone marrow and thymus. IL-7 signals through the IL-7R to promote the differentiation of hematopoietic stem cells to lymphoid precursor cells, which give rise to T cells, B cells, and natural killer cells.
